Description

Batman's ideal home

4 year old Batman needs to live with adults only due to him being worried about meeting new people, however once you have his trust, you have it for life! He’s an incredibly people-oriented dog so will fit in best with a family who can be around for him throughout the day to begin with, which could be built up to 1-2 leaving hours. He does also need to be the only dog in his new home but with some help from his adopters and possibly the centre training team here, he can socialise with specific dogs out and about. His dream home is in a quieter location and will need a fully secure garden where he can zoom around burn off some of that energy as well as polishing up on his housetraining skills. If you rent your property, please obtain written permission from your landlord prior to applying.

Could you be Batman's perfect match?

Bouncy boy, Batman is a dog genius, loves a cuddle and will make someone a brilliant companion. He’s always excited to see us and will bounce around us as he can’t contain himself and he just adores giving us “love headbutts” (be warned!). Despite his bouncy nature, he’s actually a very timid lad and doesn’t like loud or scary noises! He is looking for a family willing to come and meet him multiple times, but he will be worth it in the end!

Staffie Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
