Louie's ideal home
11-year-old Louie is an absolute softie who was sadly returned to us after 2 years in a home. Louie's new dream-come-true home would be as an only pet somewhere very quiet, without any chance of loud bangs or noises that he might get frightened by (such as bird scarers, airplane noises etc.) as Louie finds this very overwhelming. Louie is a real homebody and would prefer to spend the majority of his day cuddled up inside with his family. Any children in the home should be quiet secondary school aged and a private, peaceful garden for him is essential. If you rent your home, please make sure you have written permission from your landlord to keep a dog at your property.
Could you be Louie's perfect match?
Louie is currently enjoying life in one of our foster homes where he is an exceptionally affectionate boy. He loves nothing more than snuggling up on the sofa with his family and would happily spend his days doing nothing but having cuddles. Loud outside noises are a real worry for Louie, which means he much prefers spending time indoors where he feels safe. His new home must be in a very quiet location where he can slowly build up his confidence with being outside, without the fear of any sudden loud bangs. Louie has never been a fan of car journeys or prolonged periods of being on his own, so he is hoping for a likeminded family who enjoys their home comforts as much as him. Do you have room in your heart, home (and sofa!) for this lovely boy? Please note that you won’t be applying for a specific dog, but you can tell us what type of dog you’re looking for. You can also add up to four favourites to your application to give us an idea of the dogs you like, so we can consider you for similar dogs. Once you’ve submitted your application, we can’t change or update your favourites. Adding a dog to your application is not a reservation but a guide for us to find you a match.
