Description

Ruby's ideal home

Ruby is an absolute delight to care for, and just loves being with people. In typical Staffy fashion she can be bouncy and over-the-top, but she is able to live with children of secondary school age, and younger visitors would be fine too. Ruby does want to be the only dog in the home, but is fine out and about and can have walking friends. She used to live with a cat and so could do so again, given appropriate introductions. Ruby does have some medical with her skin. This will be discussed in full with any potential adopters.

Could you be Ruby's perfect match?

Ruby, our ridiculously cute 3yr old Staffy is ready and raring to find a new home. She is a sweet girl who loves interacting with people, exploring on walks, and snuggles. Her perfect family will have lots of time to shower her with love and continue her training. She’s not used to being left alone and would like this to be built up slowly to ensure that she is comfortable. Trips out and about would be welcomed though, as with her good history of car travel and love of walks she’d love to go exploring with you! Ruby is a clever girl who has remained fully housetrained while in our care. Could this snugglebug be your perfect match?

Staffie Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
