Description

Nellie's ideal home

Nellie is a 4 years & 1 month old crossbreed searching for a fresh start in life. She can live with older, dog-savvy children aged 14+. Nellie would benefit from being the only dog in the home so that she can get the exercise and attention she deserves but can have well balanced dog walking buddies. Nellie becomes unsure when left alone so will need someone with her most of the time, especially when settling into her new home. Leaving hours will need to be built up very slowly to ensure she has the confidence to be by herself.

Could you be Nellie's perfect match?

Nellie is a sweet girl who loves her human companions. She is not used to car travel so further training is needed in this area. She loves to chase a ball and be out and about. Nellie loves food which is great for ongoing training, and she will need a refresher on house training whilst settling into her new home. If you think you could be the perfect match for Nellie, then apply today and add her to your favourites.

Staffie Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
