DescriptionBuster's ideal home
Buster is a friendly 9-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross. He is looking for a home where any children will be 16 or older, sensible and understanding of his needs. Buster has greeted several female dogs here at the centre so although he must be the only pet in the home, he could potentially have friends out on a walk. He could continue living with his best friend Indie if they were to be adopted together. As he can find new environments overwhelming he must be kept on the lead in public.
Buster is a sweet boy who struggles being left, so he needs someone who will be with him most of the time. This person must also be willing to work on gradually building up the time that Buster can be left alone.
Could you be Buster's perfect match?
Buster is worried by vet visits and his new owners need to be willing to work with his vet handling. He knows 'sit' and is housetrained. Toys have not been of huge interest to Buster although that could change once he is settled in his new home. He does like his food and takes his treats gently. If you are ready to offer a dog like Buster a forever home, please fill out one of our online rehoming applications. Please be aware, if you are shortlisted for a dog, a meet will be arranged within 48 hours and your new family member could be home with you within 7 days.
