DescriptionEcho's ideal home
Echo is a sweet goofball with a lovely temperament. He can have some worries in life but wouldn’t have any problem living with children of around secondary school age, as long as they are happy around larger dogs. He’s been doing really well with his dog mixes and has made quite a few friends, but would still like to be the only pet in the home. Echo does have severe hip dysplasia and is on ongoing medication to help with his pain. Full information will be given to any potential families prior to adoption. If this is the only barrier to you considering Echo please do get in touch so we can discuss this with you in more detail.
Could you be Echo's perfect match?
Echo is a 3-year-old Mali/Staffie cross and is a lovely, friendly fellow. He can find some situations stressful but is doing really well with his training and is loved by his handlers who see his goofy, playful personality. Echo loves treats, fuss (in relaxed settings),and would love an understanding family who can help him through his worries. He is a strong boy who will need owners that can manage this if he does start to pull or get frustrated, but in capable hands (and with his training progress) he is definitely manageable. Having his walks in quiet places away from other dogs and traffic will be ideal to help with this, but luckily he is great in the car so could travel to peaceful spots. Echo has remained housetrained throughout his stay in kennels. Time left alone is something that will need building up slowly at a pace he is comfortable with. We know he’s going to be an amazing addition to the right family, he just needs to find that special someone.
