Nancy's ideal home

Nancy is looking for an active family who can take her on lots of adventures and can work on some fun training with her. She is looking for a home with minimal visitors initially to help her settle into home life. Nancy is lovely when it comes to her handling, but can be a little worried by strangers to begin with, so would suit a home with children 14 years and over who can play with her nicely and can understand and give her space when she is worried. She can live with a playful, yet established dog who can teach her the ropes, she would not be able to live with cats or small furries. Nancy would happily have walking buddies to go on adventures with and play with as long as they are introduced calmly. Nancy has some basic training under her belt, but would benefit from more, she will need housetraining so a secure private garden is a must. A period of time with lots of company when she first goes home would be best for Nancy, with gradual introduction to being left when she has fully settled in, she will be able to be left for up to 2 hours. Nancy will need to meet her adopters multiple times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. Meet dream girl Nancy! She is an 8 month old Staffy-Collie cross, she is a cuddly and bouncy pup who once she knows you will happily get on your lap and lean in for fusses! Nancy loves her toys and will chase and play with others or independently. Nancy needs time spent on her basic training but she does enjoy a tasty treat so can be enticed to learn new skills, she loves to sniff out and find the treats. Nancy just can't wait to be a best friend to a lucky family!
